Venue Rental

Our showroom can be transformed into a unique and intimate venue for your next performance.

Our venue offers seating for an audience of 30~40, a Kawai baby grand piano, use of our audio recording system (additional fee required), and free parking.

Pricing Information:

$175 for the first two hours (90 minute event, 30 minutes for set-up and clean-up)
- $50 for each additional hour
Insurance: you must purchase liability insurance through us for $50 or provide your own (must provide documentation when contacting Fairfax Fine Violins to reserve the venue). Our insurance covers site damage and personal injury only, and does not cover any loss or damage of inventory, including but not limited to instruments, bows, or cases.
(Optional) $75 for a recital recording using our camera and audio system
- 1080p or 4k video with Canon EOS M50
- Switchable stereo/mono wide frequency response microphone (Azden SMX-30)

Fairfax Fine Violins Venue Rental Agreement

This contract for the rental of the Fairfax Fine Violins Venue is made by and between Fairfax Fine Violins, LLC, hereafter referred to as the Owner, and the Renter.

Whereas, the Renter desires to temporarily rent, occupy, and make use of the Owner’s venue, located at 10782 Fairfax Blvd Suite B, Fairfax, VA 22030,
Whereas, the Owner agrees to such rental, occupation, and use in consideration of certain payments and covenants herein enumerated;
Now, therefore the parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

I. EVENT DESCRIPTION / VENUE ACCESS:

The Renter shall have access to the venue from the decided start time to the dedicated end time on the chosen date, for the purpose of hosting the Renter’s event. The Owner shall provide to the Renter the access code to the venue, by text or email, on the day the final payment is completed.

II. RENTAL COST:

The full rental fee for the use of the venue described above shall be the sum of the rental cost, insurance, optional recording fee, and tax. This amount is an upfront payment.

III. LIABILITY:

Insurance purchased through Fairfax Fine Violins will cover any site damages or personal injury costs. The Renter will be held responsible for any loss of inventory or damage of inventory, including but not limited to instruments, cases, and bows. The Renter will be liable for any legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or business opportunities that the Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions of the Renter or any of the Renter’s guests while the Renter is in control of the venue, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against any and all legal actions which may arise from the Renter’s use of the venue.

IV. DISPUTES:

Any disputes arising under this contract shall be adjudicated in the Owner’s local jurisdiction.
